What size do I need? |

The
Backyard Practice ProTM comes in a standard size of 6'x6" tall by 6'x6"
wide that fits most swing sets. Custom sizes are available at an
additional price if required due to swing set dimensions, particularly
height of your swing set. During the ordering process we will collect
information, including your swing set dimensions to determine if a
custom size is needed. |

Will it fit any swing set? |

The
Backyard Practice ProTM is designed to fit any wooden or pvc swing set
and can be modified to fit metal swing sets. During the ordering
process we will ask you to provide some basic information about the
layout and certain dimensions of your swing set. These dimensions are
important to ensure the onscreen targets are as close as possible to
actual game day targets.

What information do you need about my swing set? |

During
the ordering process you will be asked to provide some basic
information about your swing set, including if it is made of wood, pvc
or metal; the dimensions (height and width) of the swing area; the
distance on the ground between the front and back legs of your set; and
if there are crossties on the ground between the support legs.

How long does it take to install? |
| A: |
Initial
installation should take less than an hour, after that, changing or
re-installing the product can be done in a few minutes. Initial
installation involves taking down the swings and other accessories in
the swing area of your set. Marking and installing 4 to 6 screw eyes
(depending on your swing set configuration) for the primary upper and
lower connection points. Attaching the lower chain/bungee line(s); and
then hanging the target screen and net.

What tools do I need? |

You will
need a step ladder to reach the top rail of your swing set; a tape
measure to mark where to put the screw eyes; and a screwdriver or
pliers to turn the screw eyes. Everything else can be done by hand.

What if I don't have a swing set? Can I still get one? |
| A: |
If you
don't have a swing set we have developed a simple kit to assemble the
basic structure needed for the Backyard Practice ProTM. Contact us at

If your
'fan' favorite is not available, give us your feedback. Just click on

What if I still want to use my swing set with the original swing attachments? |
| A: |
After
the initial installation, The Backyard Practice ProTM can be changed in
a few minutes, so it is easy to switch back to swings, or change target
screens when your season changes (baseball to football; football to
soccer; etc)

Do I have to take down my Backyard Practice ProTM if it rains or snows? |
| A: |
No. The
heavy duty vinyl and connection hardware will withstand the weather
elements, but if you live in a cold weather climate and expect a
prolonged period of snow that will prevent use it is a good idea to
take it down for the winter to preserve the spring in the canopy bungee
cords.

Will installation or use of the Backyard Practice ProTM damage my swing set? |
| A: |
No.
Installation involves using 2 to 4 screw eyes on the bottom of the leg
supports. All other connections are made by bungee cords and hooks that
will not damage your set. In use, shots that land within the target
screen area will not damage your swing set. Shots that miss the target
screen area can hit the swing set structure and cause minor scuffs or
dents. Missed shots may also ricochet off the swing set.

Do you have any safety tips for using the Backyard Practice ProTM? |

During
installation care should be taken when working with the bungee cords.
As with any application of bungee cords, if they are over-stretched and
you lose your grip they will recoil and potentially hit you.

During use care should be
taken to avoid missed shots that may ricochet off the swing set
structure and when groups are playing together, players should not go
behind the target screen to collect balls when other players are still
shooting at the target screen.

What is your product guarantee and return policy? |

All our
products are guaranteed for two (2) years against fading in excess of
15%. Please note: Since all orders are custom printed, once your banner
goes into printing process we cannot cancel or change the order.

How long will it take for me to get my Backyard Practice Pro once I have ordered it? |
| A: |
Typically
delivery time is about 3 weeks after placing your order, depending on
your choice for shipping. First, your product is custom printed, which
takes about 1 week, then delivered to our warehouse for final assembly
and packaging, which takes a few more days. Final shipment to your
backyard depends on where you live and the shipping method you
selected, parcel post or priority mail. |

Will I need to buy anything myself in order to install your product? What do I get? |

You get
it all. Everything you need to install your Backyard Practice Pro is
delivered to you. Of course you need to have a ladder, a hammer and a
screwdriver, but that's about it. Your package will contain the target
screen, catch net, all of the special bungee cords and hooks needed to
hang the target screen and net, and the hardware and chains needed to
anchor the product to your swing set. It is easy...any parent can do
it. |
