Ordering Process

Our ordering process is simple and fast. Just select your fan favorite Backyard Practice Pro and add it to your shopping cart from our online store. To complete your purchase you will be prompted to provide important information about your swingset to ensure you get exactly what you need, including:

Size of Target Screen (standard, large, extra large, custom)
Swingset Material (wood, plastic, metal)
Height & Width Dimensions of swing area
Type of top rail (single bean, monkey bars)
Type of vertical supports on each side of your set (Single Posts, "A" Frame, Combination)
If “A” Frame - the distance between the posts at the ground level
Getting these measurements takes only a few minutes, but they are required to complete the ordering process.

Product Components

Here is what you get with every Backyard Practice Pro:

1 – Target Screen with grommet holes on the top and bottom
1 – Catch Net with a weighted bottom rope
5 – Canopy bungees to attach the top of Target Screen to the top rail
5 – Carabiner Hooks to attach the bottom of the Target Screen to the Main Chain.
1 – Main Chain that connects the bottom of the Target Screen to the swingset endposts
2 – Bungee Cords to adjust the tightness at either end of the Main Chain.
2 – Side Chains (only required for swingsets with A-Frame Vertical supports
2 – Screw Eyes to connect the Main Chain to the swingset.
8 – Mini Bungees to connect the Catch Net to the swingset.
2 or 4 - Additional Screw Eyes, Carabiners and Bungee Cords for Side Chains (if required)

The Backyard Practice Pro – Baseball includes a fully assembled 9-Box strikezone, comprised on nylon fasteners, interlocking micro bungee cords and a PVC backer frame.

Installation Instructions

Detailed Installation instructions will be included with the shipment of your product. Generally, installation includes these basic steps:

Step 1: Take down the swings and other accessories in the swing area.
Step 2: Mark out the locations for the screw eyes (specialty wood screws) that provide the connection points at the top and bottom of the target screen. There will be 2 connection points at the top for all swing sets. There will be either 2 or 4 connection points at the bottom depending on your swing set configuration..
Step 3: Install the screw eyes at the marked connection points..
Step 4: Connect latch hooks to each of the bottom screw eyes..
Step 5: Lay out yellow chain(s) on the ground between the bottom connection points.
Step 6: Connect ends of chains to latch hooks using bungees cords and adjust until tight..
Step 7: Attach the corners grommets of the target screen to the top screw eyes using canopy bungees..
Step 8: Attach the remaining top grommets of the target screen to the top rail of the swing set.
Step 9: Attach the bottom grommets of the target screen to the yellow chain with latch hooks.
Step 10: Hang the catch net behind the target screen with bungee cords.
